Join chief wine maker Ben Glaetzer on a wine journey ranging from Langhorne Creek, Mclaren Vale and Barossa.
The Glaetzer family has been part of the Barossa Valley’s history since 1888. After 30 years of winemaking, Colin Glaetzer established the family winery to create limited quantities of super premium Barossa Valley red wines. Today, Colin’s son Ben makes unique and elegant wines which are regarded as classics and unmistakably Barossan.
You will be presented with canapés on arrival followed by three beautifully prepared courses from our Head Chef Lars Svensson. Each course has been expertly matched to wines from the Glaetzer range (six wines in total) and will be explained by Ben.
