Making their way from the heart of Australia’s wine industry, the Barossa Valley to Kingsleys Woolloomooloo we welcome Rusden Wines for a 3 course dinner on Wednesday 11 July.
Our Head Chef has created a tantalising menu with each course complimenting wines from Rusden’s diverse range. We will be joined by head winemaker Christian Canute who will guide guests through tastings of 6 wines presented on the evening.
Stemming from humble beginnings as a ‘hobby farm’ for Christine and Dennis Canute, their 40 acres of run down vineyard was rejuvenated and began producing quality grapes which were sold to local wineries.
Out of pure necesity a barrel of Cabernet Sauvignon for personal consumption, Chris and Dennis decided it was good enough to bottle, lable and sell and the rest is history.
